Bling Online Terms and Conditions.

Listed below are the terms and conditions which we abide by for our online sales.

All orders placed with Bling Online, whether placed through our online store, or by any other means are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Sales

* All prices quoted are Pounds Sterling.

* No goods will be despatched until full payment has been confirmed as received and cleared.

* In the unlikely event that an item is sold to another customer before your order is confirmed, a full refund will be given for the individual item, or for the entire order at your discretion.
Alternatively, you may choose another item of the same value.

Delivery

* We aim to dispatch all orders for stock items within 3 working day of your order in the UK if orders are placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week.

* All UK orders are subject to a delivery charge.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery    £5.95
European Delivery                         £10.00
Worldwide Delivery                       £20.00

* All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Bespoke Orders

* Bespoke orders will be accepted by prior agreement only.

* A deposit may be required if non-stock items are required to create your jewellery.

Warranty and Returns

* In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery for a refund. Note: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

* All items sold are covered by a 6 month warranty. Any faulty goods may be returned to us by prior arrangement within this timeframe for replacement or repair as appropriate.

* Your return postage costs for faulty items may be refunded at our discretion up to a maximum value of the current Royal Mail Recorded Delivery cost for the same item.

* In the event that we determine that the fault occured as a result of misuse or mistreatment, we reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.

Discount Vouchers

* Discount vouchers may be issued from time to time at our discretion.

* Each voucher may only be used with a single order, and must be added to your basket using the options on the basket page of the site.

* Discounts apply only to the cost of the items on your order, and do not apply to delivery or handling charges.
